Hidden Gem

I had looked at the Write Stuff Designer Paper Pack on page 163 in the Idea Book and Catalogue many, many times and did not realize just how wonderful this pack was. It has 3 designer papers (2 of each) and 3 sheets of cardstock die cuts that are gorgeous. Then I was on Andrea Walford's blog and she has a wonderful class PDF for sale using this paper pack.

I will be teaching this class here in Chatham for my customers or anyone who is interested in attending. You can contact my by e-mail: alisonmreid@hotmail.com to inquire about the class or place an order or check out my Stampin Up site on my events calendar for more details or to purchase these products on line.

Just on quick to post some new things.....

Cute little valentine treat holder created by a fellow SU! Demonstrator Kerry Bedda...how adorable. You would be the hit of your children's class if they sent these in for their valentines.

Clean and simple card that I used Stampin Up! new i (Heart) Hearts and Well Scripted stamp set. I had to try using the twine to tie my ribbon end. I have been seeing this done on a ton of others cards and blogs. I CASEd this and am off to find the blog to give credit....
I purchased the Lattice die and have to say that I truly love it....many uses and it fits with alot of styles. It makes a great mask as well. I also used the new Large Bird on a Branch punch...it has to be my favorite right now. I know the picture doesn't show it well, but I tried the alcohol and shimmer paint mixture to create a glittery mist....I used it on the bird....love it!!!! This was cased from a lovely blog and I am off to find it too....I really need to write the links down...thanks for sharing.

New Mini Occassions samples

I had a chance to sit down and CASEd a couple of cards that I have seen on Splitcoast. The pink butterfly is pretty much a duplicate of Mary Brown's card..I just used Melon Mambo paper and used the dot embossing folder for the Taken with Teal strip of paper. Did you notice the butterfly embosslits and the Old Olive satin ribbon. I have to have all of the colours now. I foresee a ribbon share coming on. Contact me if you want more details.

This one was pretty simple but clean and fresh. I used the swiss dot embossing folder, two step bird punch and Well Scripted stamp set (cling mount stamps). Did you check out the bottom of the card...I used the border punch you could earn for free for placing an order of $65 (before taxes and shipping) or host a qualifying workshop....contact me to book your workshop!!!!

My first project with Stampin Up! "My Digital Studio"

Well I thought I would give the My Digital Studio a try since I needed more photo Christmas cards. This one was easy peasy and is a 6X6 square and it only took me 10 minutes to put together. Now all I have to do is take it to a photo place and have them print them.

The My Digital Studio has tons of options for creating projects like cards, layout pages, albums and calendars. Contact me if you would like more information about purchasing and using the My Digital Studio or if you have a photo editing program like Photoshop how you can purchase Stampin Up downloads to add to your digital collection. The options are endless.

A Christmas card and DVD tin album

I saw this somewhere on the web quite some time ago and cannot remember the source...I just loved the idea and the simplicity of this card.

Also, I did a DVD tin album class out at a friend's house in Wheatley and we had a great time and Kristy made the best Sunday brunch ever. Here is the tin......
